Steven Horiatis comes to Real Estate from the construction industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the business from planning and design, to laying down a welcome mat at the end of the project. Like an artist, Steven’s hands-on approach and involvement is reflected in the finished product, a masterpiece. His extensive background also includes leasing residential properties, procuring and developing real estate, as well as managing investment properties. He is truly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
From Steven’s interest in architecture, his clients learn of distinctive differences between buildings and areas. His understanding of the local neighborhoods allows Steven to offer his clients value in choice apartments and residences.
Born and raised in the Boston area, Steven was educated locally at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Along with his wife and children, Steven lives a short drive away from Cambridge.
