Pizza Pizza
Pizza Friday's at Tory Row has turned into a pizza-off!! We are rating the best pizza joints around the Cambridge area. So far we've ordered from Stone Hearth on Mass Ave in Porter, Armando's on Huron Ave, and Comella's in Arlington.
Here's the line-up:
COMELLA'S
Classic Cheese

Everyone in the office loved it! Jon's last words: "Simple but Sweet". Heather, being the savy one in the office says, "Overall price and quality, Comella's win's it so far!!"
STONE HEARTH PIZZA
The Green Monster

Now this is my (Anna's) kind of pizza!! (Literally only the women in the office that touched the "green pizza"
Salty Cheese

Unfortunately the cheese from Stone Hearth did NOT go over well! "Way too salty and not enough sauce" This is definitely on the bottom of the list so far!
ARMANDO'S PIZZA
Peppers & Onions / Cheese
This was right up there in the running with Comella's. I personally loved the peppers and onions, maybe not as good as the green monster but that's just because I'm obsessed with veggie pizzas!
CRAZY DOUGH PIZZA
Cheese / Peppers & Onions
Ok I have to say Crazy Dough's Peppers & Onions takes the cake!!! This pizza is definitely at the top of the list! Great Job Guys!!!
Have any of you ever ordered from any of these pizza joints? Which ones do you like? If you have a favorite place, let us know! We'll order from there and rate it!!
Area Four - Kendall Square's Hidden Gem
From cappuccinos to cocktails to a hot brick oven, Area Four is the new hidden gem located in the tech-driven area of Kendall Square. But don't be fooled when walking by, it's not just a pizza joint! Area Four is known for its amazing coffee, pastries, and pizza.
The menu is moderately priced and has a wide variety of appetizers, main dishes, and uniquely put together pizzas. Rave reviews have been published in Boston Magazine, Zagat, and Stuff... just to name a few!
The atmosphere is inviting and modern at the same time. Perfect place to eat, drink, and be merry! Not convinced? Check out this You Tube Video!!
