The firm currently manages apartments for absentee owners in Cambridge and Somerville. Additionally, we have been engaged by owners as consultants to assist in the acquisition and development of real estate.

The Rental Process

Check appropriate landlord references
Work with the landlord to prepare a Rental Housing Authority lease.
