At Tory Row Real Estate, we understand the landlord’s side of the business. Tory Row’s brokerage capabilities are solidified by experience in real estate development and property management. The firm currently manages apartments for absentee owners in Cambridge and Somerville. Additionally, we have been engaged by owners as consultants to assist in the acquisition and development of real estate.

More importantly, the brokers at Tory Row Real Estate understand that unlike the sale of real estate whereby the owner and seller go their own way after the deal is closed, the Landlord and Tenant begin their relationship when the Lease is signed. The Rental Process

Our landlord services are the most efficient in the business. Once a Tenant is interested in applying for an apartment, our broker will:

  • Process the application

  • Order and review credit reports

  • Verify the tenant’s source of income

  • Check appropriate landlord references

  • Work with the landlord to prepare a Rental Housing Authority lease.
