Needham Homes
Needham is located just west of Newton and South of Wellesley. Because of this central location, it makes it a very ideal location for commuting to downtown Boston. Needham offers a nice suburban feel with its quaint main street shops and restaurants. There are many local establishments ranging from yoga centers, to family owned sandwich shop; but also has the convenience of a Trader Joes and other major supermarkets. Just recently finished, the town of Needham has completed its brand new town hall located on Highland Avenue.
Needham is considered a commuter town because of the variety of options the town has to offer in terms of public transportation. Needham has four MBTA Commuter Rail stops with regularly scheduled times from Boston’s South Station. There is also MBTA bus service, bus #59, which connects Watertown Square in Watertown with Needham via Newtonville. If driving, Needham is easily accessible by exits 18 and 19 off Route 95/128.
